We are property investors who have been investing in the North West of England since 2014. Our strategy is to buy properties below market value and enhance their value by renovating them. We realise a return on our investment by either letting the properties out or selling them on. Our property deals are funded through a mixture of our own funds, institutional financing and private lending. 

ANDRÉ BRÜMMER

Andre has undertaken education in property investment from a number of different providers and has been active in property investing since 2012. He is a chartered engineer and project manager with experience on many varied construction projects both in the UK and Australia. He is the founding director of Room London ltd which created and managed HMO’s within South West London. Room London later became JSA Investment group ltd. He was responsible for setting up many of the business systems which made Room London successful. 

JUSTIN ADAMS

Co-founder and Head of investor relations

Justin, who has always shown an entrepreneurial streak, has been involved in property since 2013, when he undertook an extensive education program. After setting the foundation of his personal portfolio, he then went on to work within Room London at a director level, which would become JSA Investment Group.

Alongside this development of the property business, Justin has worked on a consultative basis for several sales focused organisations leaving him with a well rounded skill set to navigate the world of business.
